Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead and manage the real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies for residential properties.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. • Set sales targets and monitor team performance regularly. • Manage end-to-end sales operations for plots, flats, and villas. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. • Conduct sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training programs. • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners. • Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads generated by the marketing team. • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns. • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management. • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation activities. • Drive team productivity and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
