The Pre Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for potential customers. Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. • Generate and qualify leads from various marketing campaigns and databases. • Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to prospective customers. • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. • Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication. • Update customer information and lead status in CRM/software. • Maintain daily call reports and lead conversion records. • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
